Intermicronational World  has ceased publication, and rebranded itself to better reflect its philosophy

Intermicronational World  (IW) started publishing on 17 October 2011.

IW back then started only in English (it has published, and/or distributed articles also in other languages); it published only periodically (IW began to publish, and/or distribute news articles since 5 March 2014 on a daily basis); and IW started publishing during a period of time when the Italian-speaking micronational community, almost entirely relegated to Facebook pages, often spoke of a "micronational crisis".

IW started on a much more upbeat tone, since multiple micronational communities appeared to exist in the English-speaking world, and each community of micronations just had a different mission, or set of priorities, some more serious than others.

IW started at a time when there was such an intermicronational presence, at least in English, that one could predict that serious articles and discussions would eventually even go beyond the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA), and its specific community, hence the term "intermicronational" was used to describe the new online news source.

A study of certain IW articles which were accepted for inclusion in the Google search engine, however, a fair portion of all the IW articles that might actually appear in a Google search, shows a quite different story:

While it is true that especially in the past few years — probably since IW has begun to publish, and/or distribute news daily, in fact — micronations have come to matter more in the media in general, micronations still don't interest the mainstream media (MSM) that much. In other words, micronations appear more relevant nowadays not because they actually are in most cases, but because IW made them more relevant by providing them largely unwarranted attention, and a higher subsequent status because of that professional attention. Moreover, at least with concern to the IW articles which can be linked to from the article above, only about 61 percent mention an aspect of culture, not necessarily micronational, that has little or nothing to do with the UMMOA. Hence, in a significant amount of cases the term "intermicronational" was more applicable to the UMMOA, and those very few micronations that actually have or had a supportive relationship with the nation. This means that an "intermicronational" society of nations does not exist, or it only exists within the UMMOA itself, and its paradiplomatic relations to other people, families, societies, nations and states. The UMMOA is definitely active, and works not just with other micronations, but also with other nations, related organisations, and has had superficial relations even with the agencies or ministries of UN member states.

The United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) has always prided itself, especially since February 2015, in a societalist, not socialist approach to societal and political problems. At some level, the UMMOA has always felt that it is important to advocate or work for the protection of individuals, families, small groups and communities, and other natural (ie grassroots) organisations.

Ummoagians are not, and have never been micronationalists as the Wikipedia describes them: people who are still largely a part of this world, and still impressed by tyrannical states enough to ape them.

No, Ummoagians don't admire UN member states, because they are societalists, the very opposite of fake politicians and their admirers.

As recent articles published, and/or distributed by Intermicronational World  (IW) suggest, we have no particular admiration for traditional politics, which follows the Aristotelian societal-political approach, one of scarcity which generates conflict with others (antipathy/contempt generates antagonism), and fascism. No, we admire and support non-traditional politics, or natural society, the Pythagorean societal-political approach, one of sufficiency which generates conflict within ourselves (empathy generates solidarity), and anarchism.

Moreover, Ummoagians have begun to realise lately that fake politicians not only control and defend fake societies incorporated and legitimised in their political structures, such as most businesses and churches; they also continue to rule with the help of an equally fake mainstream media (MSM). The mainstream media (MSM) can no longer be classified as the "Fourth Estate", because on the whole it represents government and corporate interests, even other interests friendly to those, and even many groups of the so-called alternative media are no longer outsiders, but part of the highly politicised establishment. The mainstream media (MSM) is thus part of the "First Estate", but alternative media philosophies do not represent a truly alternative view to the establishment's either, since those excluded — for example, the poor, political and ethnic minorities, labour groups, and LGBT identities — do not necessarily represent the 99%, especially with fake demonstrations by fake protesters; reported by fake media; and by the actions of members of fake societies that are little more than paid friends of the Greek antichrist called Aristotle. These people do not, and never will represent the many largely powerless and disconnected individuals, families, small groups and communities that truly make up the "meek"; rather, they represent those who conveniently place themselves in that group.

It should be noted that a Ummoagian media company was also among the first online media sources to understand the blatantly false nature of the mainstream media (MSM) back in March 2014, when it began to publish, and/or distribute news articles on a daily basis, largely in response to the fake Ukrainian Revolution of 2014 (also known as the Euromaidan Revolution), and what took place in its aftermath: 1) the Annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation; and 2) the War in Donbass.

While it is true that Ummoagian media has sided more with the Russian Federation than with the US, and its equally fake European allies, we are well aware that Russia is also a fake, full of fake societies called businesses and churches, and with an equally fake media, as all or almost all UN member states. We are also aware that the Russian government directly finances its fake media, and/or provides some benefit to non-Russian Western media critics, as do other socialist entities like Italy, which supports Italian-language media even abroad which happily toe the government line. The UMMOA, and/or its institutions or media, was never even acknowledged by Russian government agencies or ministries during this entire time, even though other Western and non-Western government agencies or ministries have done so, probably for their own political or other benefit.

While it is true that IW is aware of some micronations which are as serious, and/or beneficial as the UMMOA, at least within more limited spheres of influence, or in non-English speaking communities, we are not aware of any micronation that stands up for the same societalist principles which guide the UMMOA, and no micronation or foreign micronationalist has even supported Ummoagian media with good volunteered articles, with free publicity, or even with some financial support.

It is therefore clear that Ummoagian media is good enough to completely replace the ipse dixit  media, and its ipse dixit  religious, corporate, and government masters. Ummoagian media is the societalistic version of the media which is an alternative only for fringe political groups; that media which represents no natural or non-politically-contaminated society whatsoever. Ummoagian media is quite beyond the mission and purpose of the trivial, and virality-seeking media of YouTubers and WikiLeaks. Finally, Ummoagian media is just as thoughtful, analytical, and objective, in a holistic fashion, and within many fields of human endeavour, as the best webmasters and bloggers.

The news of the day is that Intermicronational World  (IW) has ceased publication of all news, and has now rebranded itself more accurately as International Media  (IM), since we are about good and wholesome people, families, societies, and even other nations which have and support our societalist principles.

As there seems to be neither a proper intermicronational, nor international society beyond the gentle and kind influence of the UMMOA, International Media  (IM) will not bother to publish or distribute articles daily for now, and will publish, and/or distribute periodically only original IM articles, or select articles by others that we find relevant to our mission.
